Teldrassil and Shadowglen
Every class training quest in Shadowglen can be picked up and finished again, and the priest and druid letters come only from Melithar Staghelm. Owls, nightsabers, spiders, furbolgs, harpies and the other wildlife and camp creatures roam again instead of standing still. The map markers of about 30 Teldrassil quests are fixed (no more markers jumping to the quest giver, missing turn-ins added). Mossy Tumors can be turned in by every class, Druid of the Claw no longer shows as complete right after you accept it, the Ireroot Seeds work anywhere in Teldrassil, and Rageclaw and Greenpaw scale with your level. Azuremyst Isle and Northshire
Gift of the Naaru can be cast on the Draenei Survivors again. Nestlewood Owlkin run around for a few seconds after the Inoculating Crystal and count when they turn into Inoculated Owlkin. The Azure Snapdragons for An Alternative Alternative can be picked again, with the right map markers. The shaman "Primal Strike" quests in every starting zone (Primal Strike no longer exists in Legion) now teach and practise Flame Shock. The Injured Stormwind Infantry in Northshire lie on the ground. Classes
Warrior: Ravager shows its red trail and ground circle again, and Heroic Leap has its old arc back with the leap animation. Hunter pets switch to your new target right away after a kill instead of running back to you first. Discipline Priest (PvP): Purified Resolve now also scales with your Versatility. Shadow Priest artifact (Blade in Twilight)
Dying to the Amassing Darkness no longer blocks the scenario: the stage completes when it dies. The passage down to the prison opens as soon as that stage is done (no more invisible wall), the Twilight Ritualists must be dispelled with Mass Dispel (cast it on their pillar), and the portal to Dalaran at the end opens once and stays open. Battle pets and NPC names
A battle pet you renamed in the Pet Journal shows its new name when summoned. About 830 NPCs that showed Russian names or titles, including the class hall quest guides, now have English ones. Reported by patriarch8809 and gabrielf03d.
Launcher
Downloads can be paused and resumed with the new button next to Play, and Settings has a download speed limit. Your launcher updates itself the next time you start it.

Quest texts, map markers and NPC names are cached by the game: close it and delete the Cache folder in your World of Warcraft folder.
